Dr. Susan Millea has an extensive background in health, mental health, education and social service delivery, with a focus on quality improvement. A recipient of the American Association for Artificial Intelligence’s International Award for Applied Artificial Intelligence, Dr. Millea has over 20 years experience in health and human service information system design and implementation. She currently serves as the Community Systems Analyst for Children’s Optimal Health. Dr. Millea has completed a post-doctoral certificate in Biomedical Informatics through the Oregon Health Science University. Her interests extend from housing and social support services for children, youth and families to health and the implementation of health IT for under-served populations, both urban and rural.
