In her current position at Seton Healthcare Family, Ingrid is Lead Strategist for Grant Acquisition for the Ascension Texas network. In this role, she leads network grant-funded and special initiatives, oversees grant acquisition activities, and facilitates collaborative projects with Seton partners. Prior to her current position she worked at The University of Texas , where she managed a large multi-site education program. She has consulted for over 15 years on a variety of projects, from leading unique community-based initiatives to resolving governance challenges and management differences among collaborators. Taylor creates individualized plans to meet the goals of organizations and leaders, and guides them to build their own benchmarks to ensure sustainability and continuity for their mission and/or cause.
Taylor has worked at the federal, state and local level, and served as an elected official. She worked at the United States Senate Budget Committee and the Office of Management and Budget in Washington, D.C, as well as the Texas Comptroller’s Performance Review. She was elected to the Austin School Board and served as vice-president. She has served on a number of non-profit boards in Austin, Texas, and is part of a group launching a new business. Ingrid Taylor holds a Master of Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin, a certificate in Mediation from Texas State and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
